I made these because my new boots were rubbing at the back of the calf. They are quick to make and there’s a blank chart so you can get creative on the pattern. There are four colours in these ones but the pair weighs only 20g so they could be made with fewer colours. Miniballs are perfect for this, but any scraps of 4ply/fingering weight yarn will work. The ribbing sits inside the boot and the colourwork section folds over the top.
