The Diamond Leaf hat and mitts feature a lace pattern suggestive of columns of leaves. The pattern is fully charted. Both are worked in the round. In the hat, the columns meet at the crown in an 8-pointed star design. In the mitts, the columns of leaves are staggered, traveling from the outer to the inner side of the hands.
