This 2-color brioche cowl design features a diagonal pattern of lines that continues around the neck. The soft, squishy fabric traps warm air to keep the wearer toasty warm!

The pattern is written for two colors to create a reversible cowl. This works great with a solid color and a speckled or variagated, or even two solid colors. If a single color cowl is desired, one can just disregard the instructions to change colors and continue the entire pattern with the same yarn!

Brioche stitches are explained/defined plus links to video tutorials are included in the pattern, making this a great pattern for knitters who are new to brioche.

Sizes:
Small - 18” unstretched circumference (Medium - 21”, Large - 24”)
Note: The circumference can be easily changed by adding or subtracting multiples of the pattern stitch count.

Materials:
• Fingering weight yarn: Approximately 38 (44, 50) grams EACH of two colors (~150-200 yards each color)
• US size 2.5 (3mm) or size to get a squishy fabric that isn’t too stiff or too holey
• 6 (7, 8) stitch markers
