Notes

There are 3 Short Row stripes of each contrast color over the course of the shawl. The Short Rows never reach the far edge of the shawl; the selvedge on the far edge is worked entirely in the Main Color.

After building up a wedge of Short Rows, Plain Rows are worked in the Main Color. Because you are working in garter stitch, wrapped stitches need not be unwrapped.

When working Wrap & Turns, note that the wrapped stitch is the one after the marker.

Pickups for the Starter Tab are not worked all the way to the end on Row 1. The last stitch on the side of the tab and the four stitches from the cast on edge are picked up on Row 17 of the First Trio.

Support Videos on my website show the pickups for the Starter Tab, as well as a way of weaving in some of the ends as you knit.
