Inspired by the British art series Portrait Artist of the Week, where home artists painted and drew the sitter of the week along with the pros, then posted their results on Instagram, we would like to encourage you to work up a unique version of our Design Fun Hat pattern. Have a blast changing colors, switching yarns, using different motifs, or even designing your own charts. We’ve included a blank chart to fill in with new colors and patterns. When your masterpiece is complete, post a pic on Instagram using the hashtag: #vkdesignfun. We can’t wait to see what you do!

28 stitches and 40 rnds = 4” over St st, blocked
29 stitches and 40 rnds = 4” over chart A, blocked

• 1 71g skein (each approx 310 yds) of North Light Fibers Spring Street each in goldenrod, jack’s blue, rose campion, and rock rose
• 2 size 2 circular needles, 16” long, OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
