Denzel The Raccoon
Denzel is almost seamless, only the tail needs to be sewed to the body. I used the tapestry technique for the face and some other advanced techniques for shaping. If you want to make a realistically looking crochet sculpture which can be either a toy or a great home decoration - this pattern will be perfect for you.
The height of the finished toy is about 15 cm (6 inches).
Materials needed:
Yarn: YarnArt Jeans 10x10cm (4’’x4’’) = 24R/20SC: 46 (gray), 03 (white), 28 (black)
Hook: 1,75mm, steel
Needle
Stuffing: polyfill
Glass eyes: 5mm
Skills required:
crocheting (including increasing, decreasing, crocheting through back loops, tapestry crochet color changing)
basic sewing (tail, eyes, closing holes)
