Materials are sufficient to make both items in the set

Circular knitting needle size 8 (5 mm), 16 in. (40.5 cm) long
Rubber gloves (for felting process)

Pattern: 2 rows

Scarf is worked back and forth in rows on circular needle as if working on straight needles. Felt to finish.

Recommended: If you are making the set, make the hat first and use the remainder of the yarn for the scarf.
