It is knitted top down and all in one piece. The richly textured neck portion is easy accomplished with a simple slip stitch pattern and the body grows evenly all around. The final touch is an I-cord bind off.

The pattern is fully written and includes a how to video link. The unblocked measurements are 22” around the neck, 15” in overall height and 76” around the bottom edge.

2 Easy care Chunky yarn cakes. 130 yards/100 grams each in a super soft blend of 80% Acrylic/20% Rayon from Bamboo, it has a bit of a halo.

Notions
Two US size 10.5 (6.5 mm) circular needles.
One 16” (42 cm) and one 36” (91 cm) in lengths.
A stitch marker to mark beginning of rounds.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge
13 sts and 17rows in 4” of stockinette stitch.

Techniques applied
Knitting and purling in the round, slipping stitches, increasing, I-cord bind off, weaving in ends. Blocking is optional, my sample was not blocked.
