Dayna
This is Dayna, a rectangular shawl. Knitted from the bottom lace on up, with a stockinette middle and for the finish, a seed stitch border. The DK weight yarn and big needle used make this a quick project to complete. The end result is beautiful and offers, as seen here, many styling options.
The shawl can easily be made larger, by adding more length with extra lace repeats, about 5.5” per repeat. More length can be added in Part 3 and of course more yarn will be needed.
The pattern is written and charted for your knitting pleasure.
The blocked dimensions are: 56” in overall length and 14” in height.
Yarn
1 Skein of Element, an exclusive Yarnz2go yarn. Each skein holds 220 yards in 2 to 3 colors and 3 strands of yarns creating a DK weight that is not plied to give you that special look.
