About the design…
The Day & Night sweater is a classic raglan sweater, but with a boat neck. It is worked top-down in a twisted rib pattern. You work in the round from top to bottom, except a few rows in the neckband.
Italian techniques are used - i.e. that you start with Italian cast on, followed by a few rounds of double-knitting, and vice versa when you bind off.
The sweater is seamless and very easy to knit.
In the Day & Night series there’s a female version with loose body and tight sleeves, and a kids version with zipper

Materials
MEDIUM eco wool from www.hyggestrik.dk or similar DK weight wool - 191 yd (175 m) / 50 g.

Color A: 50 / 50 / 50 / 50 / 50 g
Color B: 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 450 g

Needles
16 & 32” (40 & 80 cm) circular needles size US 6 (4 mm)
32” (80 cm) circular needle size US 2.5 (3 mm)
1 set of double pointed needles size US 2.5 (3 mm)
Stitch markers

Gauge
23 sts & 30 rows in twisted rib with needle size US 6 (4 mm) = 4” (10 cm) after wash and blocking.

Measurements

Bust circumference: 41.5” (106 cm) / 43.5” (111 cm) / 46.5” (118 cm) / 49” (125 cm) / 52.5” (134 cm).
Length: 26” (66 cm) / 27” (68 cm) / 27.5” (70 cm) / 28.5” (72 cm) / 29” (74 cm)
Sleeve Length: 19.5” (50 cm) / 19.5” (50 cm) / 19.5” (50 cm) / 19.5” (50 cm) / 19.5” (50 cm).

Recommended ease: 3-4” (8-10 cm) or more, if you want a loose fit.
