The lace Blouse is top down patterns that have you add as you go. While the tank top is bottom up with little to NO SEWING oy on the straps! You start by making the body length of the tank top. When finished you will add the cups & the straps. Then you will make 2 panels for thr lace Blouse. Sew them together & then add on to create the bottom peplum.
