I went to Knit Fit in Seattle this Autumn and fell in love with everything by this dyer- and the variegation of this almost black yarn is perfect. This hat is a simple cabled beanie with an interesting ribbing pattern.

Cedar House Yarns- Windfall Super Bulky in color ‘Ink’. 1 Skein
Needles
10mm (US15) 16” circulars and DPN’s or 24” circulars or longer if working the magic loop method
Gauge
10 stitches and 14 rows is 4”X4” in stockinette stitch
