Dark Shore Hat
Inspired by the dark, cold shores of Shearwater in Wild Dark Shore, the Dark Shore hat is perfect for those days spent on salty dark shores of the coast. Knit a basic beanie style hat or add length to your hat for a folded brim.
Supplies
- Approximately 80-100 grams Yarnaceous Fibers Bronto DK
- US Size 5 (4.5 mm) 16” or 20” circular needles for knitting in the round
- 7 stitch marker(s) for beginning of round and crown decreases
- Darning needle
Gauge
18 sts by 48 rows = 4x4” in Fisherman’s ribbing on US size 5 needles knit in the round. Note that Fisherman’s ribbing each row is essentially knit twice, much like Brioche.
Size
One size fits most adults 19-22” heads.
