Inspired by the dark, cold shores of Shearwater in Wild Dark Shore, these mitts incorporate Fisherman’s ribbing to create a warm and squishy fingerless mitt to help keep your hands warm on the coldest of days.

Supplies

  • Approximately 70 grams Yarnaceous Fibers Bronto DK
  • US Size 5 (4.5 mm) 24” circular needles for knitting with magic loop or double pointed needles
  • Stitch marker(s) for beginning of round and thumb
  • Darning needle

Gauge
18 sts by 48 rows = 4x4” in Fisherman’s ribbing on US size 5 needles knit in the round. Note that Fisherman’s ribbing each row is essentially knit twice, much like Brioche.
