Danton Wrap

Sophisticated in a simple way, super soft, and comfy is what describes this wrap best. The pattern is a repetitive lace pattern that is easily remembered, combined with a stockinette stitch.

For maximum softness and personality, this shawl is knitted with a combination of yarns held together. There is the soft and fuzzy Kid Seta, and the more disciplined Linen yarn that make this wrap so incredibly luscious.

Finished unblocked shawl measures 56” long and 17” tall.

Yarns:
MC -2 skeins of Linen in black, each skein 192 yards or 384 yards in a fingering weight.
CC 1 - 1 skein Pizzazz, a Kid Seta yarn in Dark Grey or 300 yards of lace weight yarn.
CC 2 - 1 skein Pizzazz, a Kid Seta yarn in Reddish Brown or 285 yards of lace weight yarn.

Alternatively, for a different look you could use a single strand of worsted weight yarn, about 400 yards total of one or two colors.

Notions:
US size 11(8mm) circular needles 29” in length, or any size needed to obtain gauge. Gauge: 6 sts and 14 rows in 4 inches, knitted in stockinette stitch.
