Daisy Plant Poke

I love the color flowers bring to a room, but they fade so quickly that I barely get a chance to enjoy them. So I crocheted some everlasting blooms for my favorite greenery.
Just a note here to say that the ends of the wire can be a little sharp so take care when working with the wire.
FINISHED SIZE: approximately 3.5” x 11”
MATERIALS: Size G/6/4.25mm hook; worsted weight yarn: approx 2 yds center color, 8 yds petal color; one piece of green 14 gauge aluminum wire approx 30” – 36” long; tapestry needle
GAUGE: Not important for this project.
NOTE: The petals will look a little scrunchy at first. You can steam block them if you like, but I found just pulling each petal into shape did the trick nicely.
