Cute Flutter Flies Dragonfly and Butterfly
These cute bright winged bugs will definitely brighten a room or nursery and work up quickly with your scraps from your stash. Pattern includes detailed written instructions for both a dragonfly and butterfly, photos, a material list and helpful notes and tips to complete your project. Materials needed include yarn, one pair of 12 mm solid Black eyes for each bug, a tapestry needle, small amount of fiberfill. Optional materials include small piece of felt for under eyes, dry powder blush or pink pigment stamping ink to color cheeks and Rozetti Cotton Thread (or any thin yarn or thread with sparkle can be used to add a little bit of glitz to your buggy wings Rozetti yarn weight =2). Sparkle thread/yarn is held with strand of worsted weight while creating wings.
Thanks friends from Elgin Knit Works for the idea, these little flutter flies were lots of fun to create.
