The third in my scientists collection was inspired by Marie Curie, famous for researching radioactivity. This shawl is knit in one piece, the first part is worked sideways and then stitches are picked up along the garter edge to work the center-out lacy design that “radiates” outward. The pattern is written for a one-skein shawl, but it includes instructions on how to upsize. The sample shawl measures 37” from center point to tip and 13” deep.

The Scientists shawl collection features four patterns released between November 2014 and January 2015. You may purchase each pattern individually or as part of the collection. All patterns in the collection include both charted and written instructions as well as guidance for adjusting the size of the shawls as needed.

Please keep in mind that if you buy the patterns individually, you will not get discounts or credits given towards the eBook purchase price after purchasing individual patterns.
