Very warm hat with a large cuff that can come down and cover more in colder weather. Optional pom pom for children. Can make it dressed down or up depending on the yarn used. You can also combine yarns to make the light bulky weight.

PS. The inspiration for this hat came from Vogue Bulky Hat #25. However there are errors in that pattern. It is a crown down and mine is a cuff up. I have also changed the diagonal stitch pattern and reversed direction twice to get the reverse stockinette borders. Enough other changes too that I felt this pattern was different enough to offer for Free.
