Cuddly Dragon Amigurumi
Some dragons are fierce and awesome, breathing fire, but these dragons are just cute and cuddly, perfect to be your friend. With this pattern you can make a dragon with claws, spikes and horns but they will be just a big softy at heart.
Materials:
Use double knitting (DK) weight yarn. Worsted weight yarn is a little thicker than DK but can easily be substituted and the pattern will still be in proportion, though you may need to use a little more and go up a hook size.
Main yarn colour, approx. 100g.
Secondary yarn colour for horns, claws, wings and spikes, approx. 25g.
Small amount of black yarn for mouth.
Stuffing.
1 pair 15mm safety eyes, preferably ‘cat’s eyes’ style, with a vertical pupil.
Tapestry needle.
3.5mm hook (US E hook).
Finished size approximately 30 cm (12”) tall.
Available at LoveCrafts here.
