Cuddly Bear Hat
This charming Baby Bear Hat is a simple and quick knit, perfect for both beginners and experienced knitters. Designed to fit babies aged 0–3 months, the beanie features an adorable bear face and playful pom-pom ears for a sweet and cozy finish.
The hat is worked in the round from the bottom up using double-pointed needles (DPNs), but it can also be knitted on a long circular needle using the Magic Loop method, depending on your preferred technique.
The bear’s facial features are created using two techniques:
• Duplicate stitch is used to add the eyes and the black section of the muzzle.
• Intarsia is used to incorporate the white portion of the muzzle directly while knitting.
The result is a delightful and cozy hat that makes a perfect handmade gift for newborns, baby photo sessions, or everyday wear.
