Start your own undersea collection with a cuddly cube octopus!

This happy little cephalopod is worked in the round and uses the following techniques:

• single crochet (increasing and decreasing)
• back post single crochet
• amigurumi/plushie construction (basic)
• magic circle round starts

The pattern can be worked in any yarn (with the appropriate hook size).
If working in the suggested yarns your octopus will…

• …be approximately 7” /18cm from the top of the head to the tip of the tentacle.
• …need 200yds for the main body , 25yds for the suckers and 8yds for the eyes (as well as a few scraps of black fabric and some embroidery thread).
