This is my FIRST KNIT SWEATER release! I actually made this sweater back in November, and have been wearing it ever since. I even joined my testers and made a second one – I NEVER make a second of anything, but I liked this sweater so much, I just had to. Plus, it was my first knit design ever, so I wanted to see if I could make it better and if it would be easier the second time around. (Hint: yes, it was.)

Yarn:
You can use any Bulky (#5) weight yarn. I used Premier Anti-Pilling Bamboo Chunky in color Apricot.
For my second sweater I used some pink light dk that I got on sale, and I tripled it! It came out slightly tighter knit, but I actually like the tighter weave a little better.

Construction:
This yoke top sweater is worked in the round, split for the sleeves and body, and is never turned. Also, there’s short, ¾ and long sleeve options, as well as a tight and a loose neck option. (Yes, I may have gone a little crazy with the options! Ha!)

Supplies:
Any Bulky (#5) weight yarn. I used Premier Anti-Pilling Bamboo Chunky in color Apricot.
6mm (US10) and 6.5mm (US10.5) circular needles
For tight sleeve option, 3.75mm (US5) needles, straight or circular if using magic loop method
Fits as expected.

Gauge: 12 sts and 18 rows is 4” in stockinette. (This is the main body gauge. Use half a size smaller for the start of the yoke.)
