These mittens are super warm and would make a great gift! They will be perfect to wear during the fall and winter months! They work up quickly and are very easy to make! This is a quick, fun, and satisfying project for any level of crocheter, although this is an advanced beginner level pattern. This pattern is not made using specific stitch counts, because any yarn and hook can be used to make it. Instead, this pattern is based off of measurements. This pattern includes instructions on how to make these mittens in both adult and child sizes.

These mittens use your favorite yarn, the crochet hook size that works best with your chosen yarn, and a yarn needle for weaving in ends. I used about half of a skein of Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick and an 8mm hook to make an adult sized pair of mittens.

Gauge is not necessary for this project because this pattern is designed to work with any yarn weight and hook size.
