Modified by Sue W. Thompson from a pattern of unknown origin. A nice alternative to a cap for chemo patients. Instructions for two versions, a more closed hdc one and a more open shell pattern.

Uses approximately 2 oz of yarn. Although the pattern specifies worsted weight yarn, I used a DK with good results.
