A Brioche (so called from its resemblance in shape to the well known French cake of that name) may be as easily worked in crochet as in knitting.  With a little trick you can transform regular half double crochet stitches into knit-like stitches, that are also very elastic!

There are 4 options of style to choose from! Worked in one piece lengthwise, these reversible soft ribs will hug your neck and keep it toasty warm all fall, winter and into spring.
