Criostal
A meditation on lace knitting, the Criostal collection consists of a lace shawl and a lace collar pattern with an aesthetic that is classic yet a touch unusual.
The easy-to-memorise stitch repeat is suitable for beginner lace knitters, and will be appreciated by experienced lace knitters looking for an ‘autopilot’ project.
The Criostal Shawl achieves a traditional look using contemporary construction. Worked sideways beginning with only 3 stitches, this versatile design can be knitted in almost any yarn and at any gauge, and is greatly customisable.
The Criostal Collar is an easy, detachable accessory that is worked vertically, then gathered to fit almost any crew-neck or v-neck garment in your wardrobe.
Criostal is Irish for ‘crystal,’ and is pronounced similarly to the English.
