The Mitt is made in vertical rows of hdc stitches, with an intriguing stitch pattern to provide textural interest. The thumb is made separately and added while slip stitching the side seam. Can be made to any width and depth.

Two versions of the Mitt are included in the pattern: the original Crickhollow version, and the Halfling version.
