Crest of a Wave Shawl

This light and airy shawl has a simple but elegant lace repeat. It would be perfect for a spring days or summer evenings.

The lace pattern is easily memorised and would be ideal for someone trying their first lace project.

Size: 178 cm wingspan x 83 cm depth

Yarn requirements: 2 balls of Hjertegarn Organic 350-Wool Cotton please note: one of my testers needed to break into a third ball of yarn

This shawl can be knitted in any weight of yarn. The size is easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of lace repeats. However, more yarn maybe required and the needle size may need to be adjusted to achieve the desired drape.
