Simple and cozy warmers feature Herringbone Stitch. I used hand-spun yarn spun by Bokka for my warmers. The thick and thin yarn made the Herringbone Stitch look like a flock of sheep, so I called them Counting Sheep Warmers. Warmer is worked flat, then seamed with a thumb hole. Directions are written for wrist warmers, but a Custom Size Chart is included, so you can easily modify it for neck or other warmers. Video tutorial links are also included. ヘリンボーンステッチが楽しい、シンプルで簡単なウォーマーです。ぼっかさんが紡いだ “コタローくん＆ポロワスの糸” を使ってこの模様を編んだら、撚りのねじねじと糸の不規則な太さの効果で、羊の群れのような編地が現れたので「Counting Sheep Warmers」と呼ぶことにしました。ウォーマーは平らに編んだ後、親指の穴を避けてとじます。リストウォーマー用の手順の解説ですが、長さのカスタムチャートが付いているので、ネックウォーマーなど他のウォーマーにも簡単にアレンジできます。動画解説リンク付き。
