This crochet Count Chocula pattern will bring back great memories of Saturday morning cartoon breakfasts!
This is an original pattern by Fat Lady Crochet. Please note this is a crochet pattern, not the finished physical item.
This intermediate crochet pattern is written in US terms and is designed for crocheters with a solid understanding of simple crochet, and who don’t mind a little bit of sewing. Lots of photos are included to help you along the way.
You will need:
• 75 grams size 4 (worsted weight) yarn in Brown
• 25 grams each size 4 (worsted weight) yarn in Beige, White
• Scrap amounts of size 4 yarn in Black
• Size 4.00 mm G hook, or size needed to obtain gauge
• Tapestry needle
• Fiber Fill
• Stitch marker
• Scrap piece of black felt fabric
• 2 small black buttons ONLY if piece is intended for people over 3years of age.
Notes
• Count Chocula’s head and body are worked in one piece from the top down.
• Count Chocula’s legs, arms, vest and cape are worked separately and sewn on.
• Count Chocula is worked in continuous rounds.
• Count Chocula is roughly 10 inches tall.
