Circular Knitting Needles 16 inches Size 10
Crochet Hook - Size G-6 (4 mm)
Split Ring Stitch Markers
Needle nose pliers
Duct tape
32 (34) in. (81.5 (86.5 cm)) heavy gauge wire (a wire coat hanger works well) or craft wire

Worked in the round from the top down. Start on dpns, switch to circular needles to finish the brim.
