Two different sizes of yarns come together to make this lovely addition to your guest facilities. The main body is knitted separately from the two lace edgings and then the three pieces are sewn together.

For the gauge, I got 6 sts to the inch in the main body and 10 sts to the inch in the lace edgings.

The towel shown was knitted with handspun cotton, though I have since made this same design with Cotton Classic and Dale of Norway Stork in various color combinations. These make a great gift for the home of that hard-to-buy-for person on your gift list.
