Cork Scarf

Cork Scarf is a quick cabled pattern scarf that allows for either a long scarf or a shorter cowl version. The fun cable creates a small cork screw object that looks great knit in a smoother yarn.
If desired a longer scarf may be knit or knit the shorter version for that perfect gift.
Materials Needed:
Size 6 (4.0 mm) straight needles
2 balls of RY Cashsoft Classic Yarns 57% Extra Fine Merino, 33% Acrylic, 10% Cashmere 142 yds
Darning needle
cable hook
Abbreviations
K—knit
P—purl
CN—Cable Needle
C2 over 2 Right-sl2 to CN, hold in back. k2, k2 from CN
C2 over 2 Left-sl 2 to CN, hold in front. k2, k2 from CN
Yarn Over- loop yarn over needle to create extra length
