Cordia Tank is a breezy top that will be well suited to your most tropical summer days. This top is offered in seven sizes, with a generous fit over the hips, tapering into a slim bodice for a universally flattering a-line shape. Architectural lines of 1x1 rib are paired with organic cables & eyelets to create a stunning yoke detail, and the entire top is worked in one piece for minimal finishing once the knitting is done!

Designer Notes

As this garment is worked in the round, it is recommended to swatch in the round to achieve an accurate gauge measurement. As always, ensure to wash and block your swatch in the same manner in which you will treat the finished garment.

In the detailed pattern schematic, all measurements given are finished garment measurements after garment is blocked. Due to the ribbed side panels, the finished top is about 3” / 7.5 cm narrower in circumference than if you were to knit the body completely in stockinette. When worn, the ribbing will easily accommodate those “lost” inches - and because of this stretchy rib, I strongly suggest knitting a size with at least 1” of negative ease. To achieve a look similar to the pattern photo, select a size that is 1-5” / 2.5-12.5 cm smaller than your full bust measurement, but still gives you extra room in the hips. You can also block the hem more aggressively to add extra drape and circumference to the bottom of the garment.
