The “Cora Cloche” Hat Pattern

Description

Soft, feminine and vintage inspired, side tie cloche hat. Finished hat features ruching up one side and the wearer can turn up the brim slightly on the other side, completing its’ vintage flair. Garment is loom knit as one piece, including the ties and there is no seaming necessary. This hat is perfect for the girly girl or a dressy occasion.

Sizing: Adult Women/Teen. Loomer can adapt this pattern to other sizes if they desire.

Loom Needed: 48 peg, 5/8” peg spacing round loom (CinDWood, Knifty Knitter). Experienced loomers should be able to adapt this pattern to other looms and sizes but that is up to the knitter, the pattern is written for the above sizing although some notes are given.

Level: Confident Beginner. Skills; knit, purl, chain cast on/off, lifting stitches onto the loom. Pattern assumes that you know how to tie a bow once hat is finished.
