Meet Cooper, the cutest (and certainly the most huggable) rooster in the coop! Cooper is a little bit shy, but still loves to spend time with his friends and family! Cooper is super easy to whip up and he’d make a great gift for sure! Crochet a bunch to help celebrate Chinese New Year, or give as gifts to those born in the Year of the Rooster.

-Single crochet
-Double crochet
-Slip stitch
-Single crochet increase
-Invisible decrease

Materials needed:

-Worsted weight yarn (4 ply) in gold, red, orange, black, and green.
-F (3.75 mm) crochet hook
-7.5 mm black saftey eyes (this is a rather scarce size that I’ve only found online at Amazon. If you like you can use 9mm eyes instead and he’ll look just as cute!)
-Fiberfill (or your stuffing of choice)
-Yarn needle
-Scissors
-Stitch marker
