SKILL LEVEL
✨ Level 1-Easy (SCBLO and DCFLO stitches)
This pattern uses mosaic overlay crochet worked one color per row — no yarn is carried along the backside of the work. You should know basic crochet stitches (chain, single crochet, double crochet).

FINISHED SIZE: 36”x 37”
(180 stitches x 188 rows)
Size will vary depending on yarn weight and hook.
This calculation was based on weight 3 DK yarn and hook size of 3.75mm. Gauge: 5 stitches and 5 rows=1 inch

YARN
Please note-while one of the photos shows a small amount of additional colors for the stop sign etc., the pattern is written for the traditional 2 contrasting colors of mosaic crochet. If you wish to use more colors, you will need to color plan this yourself using the charts.

This pattern is divided into 5 sections (5 pages each) and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together. There is also a full chart on one page to use with the Knit Companion app.
