Confetti Cardigan is knitted top down, starting with the back yoke which is worked back and forth (while shaping the shoulders with short rows). After that sts are picked up across the shoulders to form the front yoke with neckline shaping, then the rest of the body is worked back and forth till it’s finished. Sts for sleeves are then picked up and worked in the round. Sts for the front edging are picked up and then worked in double knitting, finally a decorative applied icord is worked over the top inner back of the cardigan.

This cardigan has approx. 19-21 cm / 7.5- 8.2 inches of intended positive ease at the bust area. The sizes 4-5 (5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10, 10-12, 12-14) years are designed to fit a chest circumference of 57 (59, 62, 64, 68, 72, 78, 82) cm / 22.4 (23.2, 24.4, 25.1, 26.7, 28.3, 30.7, 32.3) inches.
