The color palette for this sweater came from an old postcard I bought at a secondhand store years ago, featuring the Cyclone roller coaster ride at Coney Island. I tried to capture a bit of the amusement park’s theatricality here with vivid colors and voluminous sleeves, which I flared near the wrist and gathered dramatically at the cuff. For extra polish, I lined the inside hem with cream-colored velvet trim.
