CONDOR is the 2016 Fall MKAL straight from Josh’s needles! It’s his 11th MKAL and 11 is his favorite number, so he wanted to make this one special!

CONDOR has two color options as well as two variants within the pattern itself!

You can knit a two color version with a ROCKIN’ dynamic main color and a POP of a contrast color

OR

Choose the 3 color version and color BLOCK and BLEND those two main colors against an amazing PUNCH of a contrast!

After choosing your color option, one more decision awaits! Will you choose the gorgeous Eyelet version or the Solid Classic option?
SOOO many decisions! Maybe you’ll knit all four?

CONDOR uses short-rows, stripes, blending, color-blocking, textural elements, an optional eyelet insert, and unique shaping to create a beautiful graphic masterpiece of a shawl!

It’s not too difficult to knit, so perfect for an adventurous knitter looking to expand your borders (HA!) ad entertaining enough to keep an advanced knitter going!

Plus with an air of mystery, who doesn’t want to join the soaring movement that is CONDOR?!

Version 2: Three colors of fingering weight yarn in solid/semi-solid/speckle/tonal/lightly variegated colors. The sample used A Hundred Ravens Tyche (100% SW Merino; 400 yds / 366 m) in the color ways: Marquis de Carabas (A); Barbary Coast (B); and Flaming June (C)

Yardage: Version 1: MC: 830 yards / 759 m; CC: 500-700+ yards / 457-640+ m;
Version 2: Colors A and B: 420 yards /384 m of each color; Color C: 500-700+ yards / 457-640+ m

Needles: One set of US size 5/3.75 mm 32”-40” / 80-100 cm circular needles.

Gauge: 6 sts to the inch in Garter Stitch on US size 5/3.75 mm needles.
