Comma Cocoon
Comma Cocoon Putting on the roomy COMMA COCOON is like wrapping yourself in a soft blanket, only with more control and ease of movement. The cardigan is worked from the top down in an elegant cable and lace pattern.
First the back neck edge is worked, then the back section of the yoke is worked down from the back neck edge. After this, stitches are picked up and knitted along the back shoulders for the front sections of the yoke. The fronts and back are joined at the bottom of the armholes and the body is worked back and forth to the hem. After this, stitches are picked up along the armholes for the sleeves and the sleeves are worked in the round from these to the cuffs.
Sizes
Sizes: One size
Sweater, chest circumference: 171 cm
Length: 84 cm
Sleeve length: 28 cm
The COMMA COCOON that you see in the photos is 84 cm long. I am 169 cm tall and narrow across the shoulders. If I knitted one for my girlfriend who is 176 cm tall and has slightly wider shoulders I would add at least 10 cm to the total length. Conversely I would knit it 5-10 cm shorter if I knitted it for my sister who is 156 cm tall. In the Materials section you can find information about how much additional yarn you need if you choose to adjust the length.
