Colour Me… can be whatever you want it to be; Colour Me Happy, Colour Me Sophisticated, Colour Me Hot, Colour Me Intense. Choose your theme, choose your colours and get ready for a quick, simple and fun knit!

Worked in four colours of a worsted weight yarn Colour Me… makes for a fun knit. All colours will be used next to each other at some point. Yarn A is the main colour for your shawl. Yarn B is your pop of colour and your main contrast. Yarn C needs to work particularly well with Yarn B. Yarn D highlights yarns B and C. All of the yarns I used for the original shawls were solid or almost solid.

Here are the yarn usages for my two:-
USING MALABRIGO WORSTED: Yarn: Yarn A is your main colour (I used 160g), Yarn B a high contrast – this is your pop of wow or your palest colour if you want to create a more sedate shawl (50g), Yarn C (35g) and Yarn D (20g).
USING MALABRIGO RIOS: Yarn: Yarn A (I used 184g), Yarn B (52g), Yarn C (30g) and Yarn D (23g) (made twelve rows larger).

This is a very simple yet effective shawl. Perfect for a travel project or a travel accessory, huge fun to knit and a total dream to wear. Bright colours make it a happy accessory and worked in a more sophisticated palette Colour Me… becomes a very stylish addition to your wardrobe. Either way Colour Me… might well be your favourite thing to grab as you rush through the door during the cooler months and with so many different colour combinations possible you can make your Colour Me… just for you!

The pattern is both fully written and charted. You will find it useful to print your pattern on a colour printer, however, coloured pencils could be used to highlight aspects of the pattern.
