FOr her soft tote, Gross isolates several different shades within two color ways of Noro Shiraito-brown, blue, sea foam and dark sienna #37 and magenta, lilac, jade and orange #42-to knit a series of striped and intarsia-knit color blocks. It’s worked in five panels that dare seamed in finishing. The straps are knit in seed stitch using leather cord.
