PATTERN NOTES
This shawl is knit sideways using short rows to create wedges of color. The main color stays attached throughout and is switched with contrast colors at the border using the intarsia method. When changing colors, bring the old color up and around the new color to prevent holes from forming and use a separate ball for the sections.
The Border Lace pattern is written and charted for your convenience. In this pattern, work all slipped stitches purlwise.
