NEEDLES
A pair of 3mm straight single pointed knitting needles

NOTIONS
A darning or tapestry needle for seaming
10mm toy safety eyes
Toy filling
1 metre of red ribbon to decorate

SIZES
One Size: 22cm tall when seated.

TECHNIQUES
Work flat on single pointed needles (not in the round).
This pattern incorporates the intarsia colour-work method.
The long “hair” is attached after knitting by knotting strands of yarn onto the head (as you would to attach a doll’s hair).
Other techniques include casting on and off, knits and purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
