This cowl and mitts set works up quickly in a “super bulky” wool-acrylic blend. Sample shown used about 170 yards of Lion Brand’s Thick & Quick Wool-ease in Licorice.

The mitts are standard mitts but the cowl is a unique design that starts our in the round and then switches to working flat. Increases and decreases work together to make a cowl that tucks nicely under (or can be worn OVER) a coat but is not bulky or lumpy. The self-finished edges of the cowl increase the overall coziness of this design.

Look polished and poised when wearing this set while ice-skating, heading out on a Winter hike or just running around town!
