Cloverleaf Socks
This pattern is a two-fer! It features charts for two similar, but quite different looking lace patterns - Cloverleaf Rib and Cloverleaf Cable.
Sized for a woman’s medium foot they feature a lacey cuff and instep with a plain foot and wedge toe.
This pattern features an easy to memorize repeat - no chart reading necessary! Perfect for someone new to lace who wants to try something just a little adventurous.
Skill level: Adventurous Beginner - you should be able to knit, purl and be comfortable with YO’s and decreases. This would be a good first lacey pattern for someone who is familiar with sock construction.
Yarn: 3 skeins of Cleckheaton cotton/wool yarn for these comfy socks. Any sport weight yarn will do, so long as it has some stretch…About 375 yards worth
Gauge: 6 stitches and 8 rows per inch
