The featured cable and eyelet band, with optional decorative button flap, of the Clivia Hat and Mitten Set is worked sideways. Stitches are then picked up from the band on either side and knit down for the ribbing, and up for the crown of the hat and the hand of the mittens. Available in medium and large sizes this pattern includes mittens and a fingerless mitt version.
