While made of wool, you can swap just about any similar weight yarn for the yarn I used to make this hat warmer weather-friendly. A nice cotton would swap in nicely (Sugar’n Cream comes to mind and is on sale all the time at JoAnn’s). Making this classic beanie in cotton would make it fit right in with the beanie-plus-tshirt trend that keeps coming back in the summer.
